Dr. Kimberly Harokopus, Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Harokopus is the founder and CEO of Cambridge International Systems, Inc.  Under her direction, Cambridge gained a strong reputation for designing a variety of voice and data systems.  With this technical expertise, the firm expanded to meet a growing client need for intelligence and surveillance solutions.  Today, Cambridge provides an extensive set of offerings to national and homeland security clients as well as international partner nations. 

Before founding Cambridge Dr. Harokopus served in the US Air Force.  During her tenure in the military she served in leadership and technical positions for a variety of mission systems including Combat ID and Surveillance Systems and various tactical communication programs. She was later nominated and served as the Department of Defense National Security Fellow, Harvard University.

Dr. Harokopus is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where she earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.  She holds a Master's degree in Government from Harvard University, and a Ph.D. in Political Science and Public Policy from Boston College where she was the Thomas P. O’Neill Fellow for American Government.  Dr. Harokopus has authored various publications including: Transforming Organizations, Rowman and Littlefield, 2001, editors Paul Lawrence and Mark Abramson.
 

Mr. Chris Sentimore, President
Chris Sentimore is President of Cambridge International Systems, Inc. In this role, he provides effective leadership, direction and motivation through the establishment of long and short range strategic business plans and financial objectives.  Mr. Sentimore has an extensive history of building teams of information technology experts to achieve mission success for customers and bring cost-effective quality solutions to new markets. Mr. Sentimore is an active AFCEA life member and a member of the American Small Business Coalition (ASBC). Mr. Sentimore earned his Bachelor's degree in Business from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. 


Ms. Heather Summers, Senior Vice President, Strategy, Enterprise & Market Development
In this role Ms. Summers is responsible for Cambridge enterprise and capabilities alignment to address strategic market development.   With more than 25 years business experience protecting and growing market share for Fortune 500 firms in public and private sector markets, Ms. Summers has the primary responsibility for ensuring the Cambridge enterprise is prepared to drive continued growth through its existing business and program portfolios, as well as setting business development strategy for company growth with new customers and into additional markets. She works in conjunction with regional line leadership to ensure Cambridge delivers continued and consistent program and mission success.  Ms. Summers holds a Bachelor's of Science degree, interdisciplinary Business and Economics, from New York Institute of Technology, Summa Cum Laude.  She is an active member in many industry associations and a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership.

 
 

Mr. Eric Garnier, Vice President, Tampa, Florida
In this position Mr. Garnier is responsible for effective financial management, organic and inorganic business development, program execution, and cost effective delivery for both domestic and international information systems and law enforcement support programs. Mr. Garnier has over 20 years of experience in government and industry with a particular focus on international efforts in the Middle East, Southwest Asia, and Latin America as well as integration of regional law enforcement initiatives. He has been responsible for the integration of a multi-national C2 system across the Gulf of Oman; implemented information exchange between Latin American Air Forces, US Embassy Agencies, US command and control centers and US Military Groups; and led the implementation of computer and internet-based technologies for government communications and surveillance systems throughout Latin America. Mr. Garnier holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Texas University and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Math from Rollins College. He is an Air Force veteran and speaks fluent Spanish.

  

Mr. Stephen Wells, Vice President, San Diego, California
In this role Mr. Wells is responsible for leading and growing a federal business with focus on irregular warfare, maritime, security, and C4ISR programs. Mr. Wells has over twenty years experience as a government (Naval Special Warfare Command, and Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command) and industry Program Manager where he has managed multi-billion dollar IDIQ type contracts and hundreds of employees assigned to execute a variety of national and international tasks. He had a highly successful career in Naval Special Warfare where he conducted operations of a clandestine nature in support of scheduled exercises, contingencies, and wartime operations. Mr. Wells is a decorated Navy Seal, certified acquisition professional, and holds a Master's degree in Business.

Mr. Aaron J. Tilock, Vice President, National Capital Region 
Mr. Tilock is responsible for providing full lifecycle IT systems and telecommunications engineering, implementation and operations services to select federal customers in the national security space.  In his leadership role, Mr. Tilock is responsible for program execution, program operations, IT service management and customer relationship management for federal customers. Mr. Tilock brings 15 years of government contracting, program management, and financial management experience both within the federal government and at federal contractors. Mr. Tilock is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL and DAWIA certified, and holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree, Summa Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota. 


Mr. Edward Hughes, Director, Human Resources
Edward Hughes serves as Director, Human Resources for Cambridge International Systems, Inc.  In this role, he provides leadership to Cambridge’s global human resources activities.  Mr. Hughes has a track record of developing best practices in people solutions and aligning HR initiatives to the needs of the business.  His career experience has been focused in the high technology, communications and government contracting fields.  Mr. Hughes received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.  He is currently a member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), International Public Management Association of Human Resources (IPMA-HR) and Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC).
